7.1% Gross Yield and $80,000 instant equity

This property was bought by one of our clients as a long-term rental property.

It is a Home & Income (Yes, it is BOTH of the houses you see beside each other!) in a reasonable area of South Auckland.

This property has a 7.1% gross yield and 6.2% net yield. This means it is positive cashflow and pays our client to own it!

Oh, and he also created $80,000 of instant equity in the purchase as well.

This was bought last year and is one of the best yields we have seen recently. These are NOT easy to find, but they are out there, and in this current market the strategy is to CREATE the yield.

That is property investment done right!

These deals are out there. It is just a matter of knowing what to look for, how to look for them, and where to focus.
